We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, resolving customer issues, and providing product information and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring fulfillment and delivery schedules are met.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers, assisting with product selection as needed.
Collaborate closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Maintain customer records and documentation, updating information as necessary.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customer base and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
