Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of store operations.
Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet revenue goals
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in sales management and store operations
- Knowledge of retail math principles for budgeting and financial analysis
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Administrative skills for reporting, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Experience in wireless sales or related industry is advantageous
