The Home Care Scheduling Coordinator represents the agency as a frontline customer service liaison between patient/clients, caregivers, and the Client Services Manager (CSM). Works under the direction of the CSM and in coordination with the Care Coordinator Supervisor. Duties include maintaining complete and accurate patient/client schedules, including the amount, frequency, and duration of service that has been identified in the plan of care. Schedules only those visits that have been requested by the client, family or representative. Records all scheduling changes, updates, and deletions on the schedule daily.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a High School Diploma and 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
