We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address various mental health issues, promote emotional well-being, and support personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- - Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed
- - Develop treatment plans based on clients' needs
- - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- - Stay current on best practices in counseling and mental health treatment
- - Provide crisis intervention when necessary
Qualifications:
- - Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- - Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor
- - Experience in addiction counseling, social work, or related fields
- - Knowledge of medical records management
- - Experience in inpatient or outpatient settings
- - Familiarity with clinical research protocols
- - Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus
- - Specialization in gender issues counseling is desirable
- - Strong case management skills
