This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Data entry and updating records
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements
- Assist in planning and coordinating events or special projects
- Communication:
- Handle inquiries and provide information to internal and external clients
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communications
- Other Duties:
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, copiers)
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
