Join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is designed for individuals who excel in customer service, sales, and administrative tasks, specifically within the printer sales sector. Your expertise in Excel will be key to managing and analyzing our sales data effectively while driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement (30%): Engage with customers to provide first-rate service and support, driving sales and ensuring satisfaction.
- Administrative Sales Support (25%): Handle administrative duties related to printer sales, including coordination with vendors like Xerox to manage supply and service needs.
- Excel-Based Inventory & Analysis (20%): Utilize advanced Excel skills to maintain precise inventory records, manage pricing structures, and analyze sales performance.
- Logistics Coordination (15%): Coordinate logistics for printer deliveries, ensuring efficient and timely fulfillment of orders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
