- We are looking for an Office Assistant/ Bookkeeper.
- Assist the CFO with various bookkeeping and general office duties
- Managing Accounts Payable (reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies)
- Managing Accounts Receivable
- Reconciling credit card payments received
- Assist with payroll
- Assisting with and Managing completion of installation jobs
- Filing, Mailing, and other duties as needed
- Customer Service
- Filing Warranty Claims
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Team oriented
- Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms
- Working in a small office
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping in quick books.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office excel and word
- Dependable
- Looking for long term employment
- Must have general office/bookkeeping experience
