The Business Development Appointment Coordinator is a phone-based career professional that is an essential part of the sales team. The right candidate must have personal drive, be goal-oriented, have good intuition on the phone, and be able to quickly establish rapport with customers and the Business Development Agents. We need a sales leader who can be told "no" consistently and not lose their persistence or self-confidence. TRAINING AND SUPPORT from management and the team are always AVAILABLE
Income varies based on abilities and drive. A good BDC Agent makes about $40K, a strong team leader makes more.
Hours of work: Rotating 8-hour shifts. M-S will be set somewhere between 8 AM-8 PM. Alternating Saturdays. SUNDAYS OFF
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls with the purpose of helping people recognize we can help them improve their transportation means. Receive incoming calls from potential car buyers to set up appointments to check out inventory of available cars. Helping BDC agents handle their calls in the most productive way.
