Job Description
The Team Assistant plays a vital support role within the Data Strategy & Transformation department, directly reporting to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Data Strategy & Transformation. This role is pivotal in managing the schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating with other executive support teams to ensure alignment of meeting priorities. The Team Assistant is also responsible for processing expenses, supporting financial invoicing for data vendors and consultancies, and assisting with the schedule and expenses for the senior leads across the Applied Analytics, Advanced Analytics, and Data Strategy teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment and possess the ability to manage complex meeting requests with strong communication skills.

Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the EVP’s schedule and the calendars of senior leads across key analytics teams, ensuring optimal organization and prioritization of meetings.

Meeting Coordination: Coordinate with executive support teams to align meeting priorities, facilitate logistics, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Financial Administration: Process expenses and support the financial invoicing process for data vendors and consultancies, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Executive Team Interaction: Manage relationships with executive teams, understanding which tasks to prioritize and how to manage expectations effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact and communicate with data teams across global marketing and distribution teams for UFEG, as well as the broader NBCUniversal data organization network.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, concise priority alignment

Experience in financial processes, including expense processing and invoicing

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
