Our company serves as a community of approximately 350 real estate associates and continuously growing. This position is for providing strategic leadership and oversight to our leadership team and our associates. Recruiting and retaining top sales talent and creating a winning culture by providing the vision, inspiration, and leadership necessary to drive success and deliver value.
Position Responsibilities:
- Actively engage, attract, and retain top associates through business consulting, disruptive training, social media, KW technology, profitability, and value
- Provide Inspiration and leadership to associates
- Recruit and retain top sales talent to the company
- Consult and mentor the top 20% os sales associates in our office to increase productivity, profitability, and retention
- Monitor real estate industry and adjacent industries and be able to rapidly communicate trends and business opportunities
- Lead and facilitate weekly business meeting in the office
- Foster connections with other top producers
- Lead, support, and hold regular accountability sessions with the Assistant Team Leader
- Teach leadership business classes in the Market Center
- Ensure execution of disruptive training and coaching deliverables for associates based on key areas of business and associates' needs
- Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams' and Ranch Brokerage Networks' value proposition
- Be a leading presence at weekly business meetings, agent socials, charity, and recognition / award events, and industry networking functions
- Lead the Board of Directors (Agent Leadership Council) and ensure members' growth in productivity and profitability
- Ensure the Market Center is profitable, staying in communication with the finance department on operating expenses
- Actively drive, prospect, and represent Keller Williams Ranch Brokerage Network CULTURE
