Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Manage workers' compensation claims
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
