Philadelphia Animal Specialty and Emergency (PASE) is seeking a Client Services Representative pursuing a position in an exceptional hospital environment fostering continued growth and development. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, reliable, hard-working individual with excellent communication, listening and telephone skills to join our team of Client Services Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify and update systems and procedures wherever needed to better serve clients and patients
- Oversee client flow to ensure that clients and patients are seen and treated in a professional, timely, and competent manner
- Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system
- Calm and level emotions during times of stress
- Displaying confidence
- Prepares patient files
- Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records
- Customer service skills, and proven aptitude for client conflict resolution
- Admits patients and handles data entries accurately
- Prepares client invoices for services performed
- Handles payment transactions.
- Ability to work cooperatively and side by side with staff
- Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly
- Ability to communicate with staff and doctor’s to ensure efficiency in scheduling and phone calls
- Ability to work weekends
