We are seeking a qualified Office Assistant to join our growing team in Carmel, Indiana. The Office Assistant supports the Partners, Management Team (MT), and employees of Cityscape Residential and PRAXM Management. This position ensures the corporate office runs smoothly, performing duties such as coordinating meetings, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.

Responsibilities

Maintains and properly organizes all corporate documents and registrations as needed to conduct business in multiple states and municipalities. This includes obtaining signatures as needed and in a timely fashion.

Create and renew business entities with the Secretary of State.

Greet visitors and provide general support to visitors.

Answer phone calls.

Order office supplies and snacks.

Manage the mail and package systems, including receiving, sending, and distributing incoming mail and packages.

Address employee queries regarding office supply issues (i.e., stationary, hardware, supplies).

Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the office.

Maintain general office conditions and arrange necessary repairs.

Participate in the Wellness Committee, Event Planning Committee, and Grand Opening events.

Collaborate on and assist in creating marketing and advertising materials.

Write and edit SOP’s and instructional documents as assigned.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in a support role for multiple executives in a growth environment.

Work Environment:

On-site: Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00 pm

Physical demands include: walk, climb stairs, sit, or stand for long periods of time & occasionally lift up to 25lbs
Hourly Rate: $18 - 20/hour
