We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to become our new Receptionist. Our office will be growing rapidly, and the Receptionist will be the first person that our clients meet. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, taking urgent phone calls, scheduling meetings and managing multiple calendars. We are seeking someone who is dependable, articulate and capable of working in a team environment.

- Take notes.
- Answer questions.
- Typing.
- Enter data.
- Collaborate with coworkers.
- Follow-up with customers.

- Be on call.
