We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Data Entry representative for a Food Distributor in Medley.
This position involves handling customer inquiries and accurately entering data into our systems.
Location: Medley.
Schedule: day shift - Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
OV ( In Hight season and weekend as need it)
Temp to Perm
Pay rate $19 p/h

Duties:
- Collect and enter customer data accurately and efficiently
- Process orders and maintain order entry records
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents
- Utilize basic math skills for data entry tasks
- Utilize Excel for data entry and basic analysis, including pivot tables
- Maintain computerized records with precision and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customer
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to work extended Hours thru out the High Season
- Previous
- Computer literate and proficient in Excel and Word
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
