The Flipside Restaurant in Rock Hill is looking for a General Manager to join our growing team. We are a casual restaurant offering Southern inspired food including lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. We are a busy restaurant, and you must possess a sense of urgency and commitment to excellent hospitality. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth for the right candidates
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality food service is provided to customers
- Manage inventory levels and control costs
- Train and supervise staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management or restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food handling, inventory management, and inventory control
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of restaurant operations and financials
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing costs effectively
