BASIC PURPOSE
:
Set-up and clearing of

, glass, silver, linen, tables, chairs, and props for banquet functions as well as attend to guest needs and requests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:
Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
Stock linen,
china
,
silver
and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans
.
Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely
.
Comply with
Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as
set forth in
EmPact
.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
:
1. Average reading, writing and oral
proficiency
in the English language.
2. Six
months
food and beverage experience preferred.
