Summary This position is responsible for the helping agency customers, in person or by phone/email with general program inquiries, homeownership and rental applications. The CSR processes incoming and outgoing mail/faxes/calls and greets all caller and visitors professionally.
Core Responsibilities CSR responsibilities include but are not limited to the following as ED may add, remove, revise responsibilities as necessary.
- Gathering participant applications, data entry to applicable and multiple systems
- Make appointments for staff, photocopying, clerical support, phones/reception/fax
- Rent collection, rent postings, general public inquires and referrals, courteous customer service
- Filing duties – across all programs – when necessary
- Office supplies ordering and inventory
- Special projects assigned by ED, across all departments
- Event planning and setup – when necessary

Education/Experience Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or one year related experience, a combination of education and experience will also be considered
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to draft reports and correspondence. Eng and Spa preferred.
Math Skills Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication/division in addition to compute percentages and interpret numerical graphs
Reasoning Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, problem solving
Licenses/Travel Driver’s License
