Quality Inn is a leader in the hospitality industry is seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic Front Desk Agent. Candidate will be the first person to greet our guests when they arrive at our hotel. Candidate is also responsible for providing superior guest satisfaction while attending to the guest needs such as check-in/check-outs, reservations and answering guest questions and needs. The ideal candidate will work easily in a comfortable, fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, optimistic, “energy-giving” attitude to be the bright spot in each guest’s day.
Other key duties include:
- Needs to have experience in working on a computer.
- Complete checklist and shift reports.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Front Desk and the Lobby.
- Processing guest registrations and collecting payment.
- Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to potential issues as needed.
- Promote, answer questions about, and enroll guests in choice frequent guest program.
- Assist other team members in various assignments including breakfast, laundry or housekeeping duties if needed.
Must have reliable transportation.
Our shift times are 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm , and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Also, we require you to work weekends.
Must have open availability and flexibility to pick up other shifts.
