Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Support Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customer accounts and corresponding Outside Sales Reps. The position is responsible for high value customer service, driving on-time delivery and proactive account management. The Inside Sales Support Representative will be expected to gather input from all levels of the business to create and implement processes, procedures for the Department, and create training that is in line with SEC recommendations.
Essential Responsibilities:

Obtain and process orders within assigned customer base working with internal departments to provide accurate delivery dates. Occasionally requires the management of customer EDI or specific online order management portals

Responsible for order to delivery process of all orders to ensure promise dates are met, on-time delivery metrics are achieved, and monthly targets made. At times may be required to assist in collection of customer receivables and submit requests for credit or return

Responsible for maintaining accurate customer price list, customer terms, managing forecasting process to minimize inventory position, and meet revenue targets

Work in cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met and proactive communication is provided. Provide high-level reporting and data analysis for customers, Outside Sales, Internal Departments, and Management

Resolve customer problems, issues, and complaints

Collect, manage and evaluate data for improvement initiatives

Conduct monthly audits and assist in development of procedures and corrective actions in relation to improved customer process

Cultivate and support vendor relationships related to projects and initiatives for Aftermarket as needed. Help identify vendors, establish vendor standards and SLAs, and monitor and evaluate performance with a focus on timely delivery, quality, and managing costs

Achieve sales and customer service goals and targets

Adhere to all safety procedures including the use of personal protective equipment and navigating the plant with alert behavior

All other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; may substitute for the degree direct applicable work experience on a year-for-year basis which built competencies and subject matter expertise in Sales or Customer Service

Experience with Microsoft Office, proficient with Microsoft Excel

V Look up and Pivot Table reporting functions in MS Excel
