Position Overview: As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Agent, you will be the frontline ambassador of our agency, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued clients while driving revenue growth through proactive cross-selling and upselling initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in maximizing the potential of our existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, building rapport with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance coverage or introduce new products, employing persuasive communication techniques to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our insurance products and services, educating clients on features, benefits, and options tailored to their individual requirements.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional service and proactive support.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging every interaction as an opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Documentation & Follow-Up: Accurately maintain client records and follow up on leads and opportunities, ensuring no opportunity for growth is left untapped.
