Position Purpose:
This role requires identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified candidates in various light industrial roles. As a key player in our staffing efforts, the position will collaborate with clients, candidates, and team members to ensure the success of light industrial. Recruiters will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and proficiency in utilizing ATS/recruiting software.
- Recruit new Field Associates- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews, both in-person and virtually. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for various light industrial roles.
- Maintain contact with current Field Associates- Utilize verbal and written communication to effectivity maintain communication with all placed field employees
- Reassign Field Associates to new assignments as they roll off- Utilizing Bullhorn to maintain end dates and contacting candidates to find a new assignment prior to scheduled end dates.
- Field Associate appreciation events- Maintain strong client relationships to foster strong company culture.
- Customer site visits alongside Sales Representative- Maintain strong client relationships resulting in your ability to understand and address client needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Attend job fairs and community outreach events- Review resumes, conduct initial screens, access candidate qualifications against current job openings.
