Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
· Reply to guest cards
· Reply to texts, emails, and return phone calls
· Pull competitive market analyses for rental units
· Take photos of properties and write ads for vacant units
· Give tours of vacant units to prospective tenants
· Process applications
· Complete move out inspections and tenant final accounting charges
· Keep owners updated with move outs, move ins, and turnover work
· Email all leasing paperwork to tenants
· Complete occupied inspections of units
· Complete pre move in inspections
· Pick up/drop off lockboxes and “For Rent” signs at units
· Assist accounting with lease renewals
· Meet with new owners to go over properties
· Complete rental references
· Send lease violations to tenants and follow up to ensure violations have been cured
· Coordinate new move ins with housing assistance case managers
· Inform accounting of new move in, cancellations, and move out details
· Manage parking, storage, and tenant complaints at properties
· Communicate with HOA’s about new tenants or tenants in violation
· Post notices at properties as needed
· Complete move out paperwork for 30-day notices
· Positive attitude in the work environment
· Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
