Lumin Health, a ketamine and esketamine providing company, is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and client-centered individual to join our team as a Social Worker to provide integration psychotherapy (as part of our Integration Psychotherapy Program (IPP)) to patient's receiving ketamine and esketamine.
In this role, you will play a vital part in caring for individuals undergoing ketamine and esketamine treatments by learning and implementing our manualized Integration Psychotherapy Program. We are seeking someone with familiarity with different psychotherapeutic practices (i.e,. IFS, DBT, CBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, etc.) to augment our program and provide the highest possible quality of care. We are seeking to partner with therapists who have a trauma-informed approach, exercise healthy boundaries and know how to evaluate risk.
This is a contract job. It is entirely remote. We are looking for someone who might be amenable to providing 10-20 hours of therapeutic care per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide integration psychotherapy to clients in accordance with the Lumin model, bringing your own expertise in, as well.
Qualifications:
Required:
- LICSW credentialing
- Computer experience, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and proficiency in computer usage
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team
