As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing project and administrative support for the educational programs (e.g., residency, students, onboarding, etc.) for the pharmacy and client consulting teams. You will collaborate with various team members (internal and external to Premera) to understand business needs and to assist with the development of department solutions that will address those needs. Primary responsibilities of this role will involve supporting and/or coordinating projects to meet objectives through tracking, report generation, schedule coordination and data analysis (60% of time). Secondary responsibilities will include departmental administrative support (40% of time).
This is a telecommuter/virtual position, working from home.
What you’ll do:
Support the execution of team, department, project and/or program strategies or goals to achieve business objectives.
Coordinate and/or participate as a team member on assigned projects. Track and distribute project management documentation including project plan, scope and deliverables, stakeholder analysis, and other pertinent documents to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Assist team members with production of materials and/or related projects/program documents, including administrative management of on-going or ad hoc reports, dashboards, development of tables, charts, graphs, consolidated information, text, etc.
Support team with accreditation, research, competitive profile information, tracking of related industry trends, and maintenance of system for cataloging or filing of research sources and outcomes.
Help manage vendor relationships with key training partners. (universities, residency partners and others)
Provide office assistance to team members that would include scheduling meetings, managing deadlines, ordering supplies, tracking data, managing meeting coordination, etc.
Manage and monitor development and execution of department, team, and/or project calendars.
Manage updating and distribution of various team, department, and/or project/program communications (brochures), products/artifacts, and/or information to a wide range of internal and external audiences. Coordinate recruiting events.
Manage department budget and track invoices.
Manage program goal tracking and related processes.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's Degree or (4) years of administrative support experience. (Required)
(2) years of project support experience including managing project details, logistics, data, metrics, budgets, and/or tracking services. (Required)
(2)+ years of experience supporting training programs from onboarding through completion. (Required).
Experience working in a learning environment (schools, universities) or comparable work environment strongly preferred.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint. Ability to learn training specific data entry and management tools (including Pharmacy Academic and University tracking tools).
Familiarity and experience with information mining, social media applications, and/or research.
Able to drive end-to-end projects from planning to execution with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Able to adhere to deadlines and budgets while managing and coordinating multiple sub-projects.
Able to track and report on measurable activity directly connected to all manner of public affairs, internal communications, and other related communications initiatives as appropriate.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range:
$49,700.00 - $74,600.00
National Plus Salary Range:
$56,600.00 - $84,900.00
- National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
