ROLE SUMMARY
Dogtra is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist who will support the Marketing Team in managing Amazon 1P and 3P US and Canada accounts. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace and be able to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue while also managing day-to-day operations on the platform. This position requires a motivated self-starter with the ability to lead and delegate, strong analytic and project management skills, have the flexibility to wear multiple hats, and assist other members of the Marketing Team as needed. Although the position is remote, the candidate must be an Arizona or Nevada resident as the role requires flexibility to travel to our Garden Grove office location as required for business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
1. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue on Amazon for both US and Canada accounts.
2. Optimize product listings, keywords, and other content to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
3. Manage Amazon advertising campaigns SEM (PPC). Collect and analyze SEM KPI.
4. Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Manage inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of orders.
6. Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotions.
7. Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and product development, to drive growth and profitability.
8. Manage and optimize other e-commerce platforms as needed such as Walmart and Chewy.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience managing an Amazon e-commerce business
- Experience working with and leading highly collaborative cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of web publishing tools and familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts.
- Experience with analyzing consumption reports
- Detail oriented and strong writing skills
- Must be a California resident as the position will require office visits as needed to the Garden Grove office
