Job Summary
A fast growing, locally owned and operated, Indianapolis based company is in need of a Call Center Manager. This company is a service provider and relies heavily on phone communication to work with its customers. The call center is the heart and soul of our company's success and it's importance cannot be overstated.
This position will have 10-15 direct reports that are all front line team members responsible for talking with customers to schedule appointments, handle customer concerns, and ensure the clients satisfaction. The call center manager will be responsible for handling all scheduling to meet call volume, training of the direct reports, and work with other department managers to continue the company's success.
Responsibilities and Duties
- All aspects of staffing properly for the department.
- Training and developing of all call center representatives.
- Key indicators for sales targets, customer service satisfaction, and other call center metrics.
- Reporting of key indicators of the call center
- Relations with other company department managers

- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Be able to work with computers
- Have a flexible schedule
- Have prior management and call center experience
