Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Office Manager with experience in managing administrative tasks and office operations. This role will involve overseeing various responsibilities, including scheduling window measure appointments, creating measure and crew packs for installation teams, data entry into Salesforce and for payroll, confirming customer appointments, assisting the Revenue Manager and HR Manager on ad-hoc tasks, opening mail, ordering office supplies, completing tax rebate forms, performing bank runs, answering inbound phone calls, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule window measure appointments and confirm customer appointments via phone calls.
- Create accurate measure packs and crew packs for installation teams, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Enter and retrieve data from enterprise software as needed for customer and sales-related information.
- Assist with payroll data entry and verification.
- Manage office operations, including opening mail, ordering office supplies, and completing tax rebate forms.
- Provide administrative support to the Revenue Manager and HR Manager as needed.
- Available as a last resort to assist the lead coordinators, take calls, and set sales appointments.
- Have an openness and willingness to perform other tasks and learn new things
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable on the phone, making and taking calls.
- Is a team player and multi tasks well in a smaller office.
- Has experience in Home Improvement call center.
- Customer service driven.
- Able to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in computer and internet skills, Salesforce Knowledge and experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
Compensation:
- Hourly compensation up to $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Generous monthly bonus opportunity based on individual and company performance (total compensation can average up to $26 per hour).
