```Duties```
- Assist in menu planning and meal preparation under the direction of the culinary team
- Prepare and portion food items according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure quality and sanitation standards are met
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a food handling or kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
