Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will be responsible receiving leads, schedule appointments, follow ups and more. The ideal candidate should have a some background in construction industry, sales, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads on a daily basis.
- Assisting Estimators with data entry.
- Collecting prices from vendors.
- Booking appointments (Microsoft outlook)
- Prepare, submit & follow up on bids.
- Other administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Working with Microsoft online.
- Working with QB.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
