Your Garden of Responsibilities
- Greet and guide clients while building lasting relationships.
- Provide accurate information and answer all questions for clients.
- Inform clients about discounts, special offers, and upcoming events.
- Give the best service to our clients on their terms.
- Provide client feedback to the Cozy Leadership Team.
- Offer personalized recommendations to clients in order to Up-Sell and Cross-Sell products.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked and brand standards are maintained at all times,
- Stay up-to-date and educated on new products, services, and events.
- This role may require you to be flexible, to occasionally performing work/duties outside of your original job description.
Summary of Key Performance Indicators:
- The vibrancy of store revenue and the buzz of transactions.
- The health of our average units per transaction (UPT) and the sweetness of the average sale value (ASV).
- Cultivating a paradise of customer satisfaction, efficient team performance, and a garden of glowing reviews.
- Partner with Cozy Leadership to ensure that all customer service issues are resolved.
- Participate in ensuring that store standards are maintained (i.e. store cleanliness, appropriate floor replenishment, backroom organization, safety, etc.)
- Maintain inventory integrity through accurate processing of all POS transactions (i.e., sales, returns and exchanges) providing accurate information to clients.
- Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with our core values and standards.
- Perform any other duties as requested by Cozy Leadership.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; Knowledge of cannabis products and local regulations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Basic math skills, cash handling experience, and comfort working with technology and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a healthy curiosity and willingness to continuously learn.
- Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- A passion for wellness and an interest in the benefits of cannabis.
