Job Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will provide support to the management team to ensure efficient operation of the franchise. This position works closely with the General Manager, Location Manager, and Corporate office on all administrative and operational duties of the Franchise.
- Process weekly payroll
- Manage applicant tracking system, screen applicants, schedule interviews, submit required new hire testing, and facilitate on-boarding of all new hires for two locations
- Maintain employee files for completeness and compliance
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative close process
- Process job sheets (sales orders) in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® software applications
- Assist in maintaining compliance of OSHA log, Franchise First Incident Reporting, and Worker’s Compensation files
- Prepare daily recap of sales and invoice payments, including credit card processing and bank deposit slips
- Monitor A/R balance, make collection calls and following collection processes as needed
- Manage A/R & A/P issues minimizing errors
- Manage Petty Cash adhering to Black Wolf Moving policies
- Close out customer damage repairs
- Projects as needed or determined by General Manager or President, expected to manage project to completion
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Job Requirements

- A minimum of an Associate’s degree in a business related field is preferred
- Two to three years General Business, Accounting and/or Bookkeeping experience is required
- General Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and practices
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word and Outlook
