Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Real Estate Services Coordinator to its team. This role will work in Pittsburg, PA and works Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm. This is a contract to hire role that pays $20 – 21 per hour. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation,an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Above and Beyond program, assisting building tenants with conference space scheduling, amenity space coordination, and event planning.
- Greet and assist visitors to the talent center, providing a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Upload invoices and ensure accurate documentation.
- Validate insurance documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of front-facing customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- High School diploma is required.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Angus Anywhere work order program or Yardi or MRI is highly preferred.
- Previous front-facing real estate administration experience is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
