Our Restaurant Assistant General Manager is a critical member of the operations team. You would be responsible for impacting the assigned areas of responsibility including front-of-house operations, back-of-house operations, running a shift, local marketing, and sales building, safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and security in accordance with company goals.

Ideal Qualifications include:
- 2-3 or more year’s tenure as a Restaurant Assistant Manager
- Must understand bar cost (beer, liquor, wine) control in a high-volume restaurant operation
- Must play well with others
- Must lead with professionalism and commit to team development
- Must enjoy being active in the local community
- Must be able to pass background/drug screen
