Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a commitment to educating students in an engaging and effective manner.
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in the learning process
- Provide individualized instruction to students who require extra assistance
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Previous experience teaching mathematics at the secondary or post-secondary level
- Proficiency in differential equations, classroom instruction, proofreading, and biochemistry
- Familiarity with special education principles and academic advising
- Knowledge of organic chemistry concepts
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and interact with students
- Experience in laboratory settings is a plus
Qualifications
