We’re looking to add an experienced Product marketing Maverick to our team as we navigate the next phase of growth as a company.
Overview
Pikmykid is looking for a creative, hardworking, and passionate Product Marketing Manager who wants to have an impact at an edtech company poised for growth. In this role, you will work closely cross-functionally between sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams to develop compelling content to drive GTM initiatives to drive growth and adoption of Pikmykid products. Ideally looking for someone with content writing and product marketing experience at a technology company in the education space.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:
- Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria (persona’s/ICPs), along with understanding the competitive landscape
- Own the messaging, positioning, and content strategy for Pikmykid and our ecosystem partnerships
- Develop our unique value prop and differentiation, including competitive messaging
- Develop sales enablement collateral (one pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, proof points etc.) for the sales team
- Create compelling content for both internal and external audiences, including messaging guides, case studies whitepapers, blog posts, web content for targeted use cases
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and help execute campaigns, events, presentations based on your developed expertise
- Become a trusted expert in our products and ecosystems in which we play
- Leverage customer insights and market research to inform go to market strategies which will include positioning, messaging and audience segmentation
- Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferably in the education curriculum space
- Ability to understand broader business. Excellent collaborator, a self-starter who effectively influences others to achieve objectives through strong communication and relationships. Seeks opportunities to learn and teach/coach/mentor
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle competing priorities while managing multiple projects
- Ability to work both independently (receiving little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments under some supervision from the manager) and as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sales enablement experience, developing competitive product positioning through battle cards, sell sheets, product overviews etc.
- Well versed in HubSpot, Salesforce and WordPress
- Some travel may be required

Work Environment:
- This position is typically based in our office HQ in Tampa with the possibility of remote work as needed.
- Occasional travel will be required to meet with stakeholders or attend industry events.
Compensation
- Base salary between $85K to $95K DOE
- Annual Bonus 10-15% Depending on individual and company performance
- Equity options after 6 months
- 401k Matching up to 4%

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
