Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the golf industry or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Networking capabilities and established connections within the golf community.
- Preferably, strong connections to golfers or people in the golf industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote TTShare and ensure a successful app launch.
- Identify and target key demographics, focusing on both younger audiences through digital channels and older demographics through traditional marketing methods.
- Host Recruitment:
- Design and execute host recruitment strategies to ensure a robust inventory of available tee times on the platform.
- Collaborate with golf courses, clubs, and other relevant entities to encourage their members to become hosts.
- Utilize personal and professional networks to engage influencers, celebrities, and notable golfers to join and promote TTShare.
- Brand Building and Promotion:
- Enhance TTShare's brand presence through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Plan and execute promotional events, both online and offline, to increase brand visibility and user engagement.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and advertisements.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
- Develop engaging content and manage social media accounts to build a strong online presence.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and user acquisition.
- User Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain both hosts and guests on the platform.
- Monitor user feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Implement loyalty programs, referral incentives, and other initiatives to foster community and loyalty.
- Collaboration and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing the impact of marketing expenditures.
- Track and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and user engagement metrics for senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Established network within the golf industry.
- Membership in a private golf club or strong relationships with club members.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful membership and business development programs.
- Familiarity with the Southern California market is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
