Rekall Technologies, an IT services firm based in Matawan, NJ, provides Managed IT and private cloud services to small and medium-sized businesses. We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer for Level 3 support to handle escalations from lower-level technicians and address high-end tickets. As the most experienced members of the help desk team, Level 3 support technicians interact directly with clients, effectively communicate, take organized notes, maintain thorough documentation, and perform onsite fixes when necessary. Additionally, they assist project managers with special projects. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in the following areas.
- Support for - Networking, switching, firewalls, DHCP, WiFi
- Support for - Azure AD, Office 365, email migrations, DNS
- Support for - Windows Servers, RDS Servers, Active Directory
- Support for - Desktops, domains, printers, copiers
- Windows Server Support
- Ethernet cabling & tracing
- Security compliance, network security, and email security
- Data migrations
- Cloud based document systems (Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Egnyte)
- IT support ticket systems
- PSA systems
- High level of documentation skills
- Ability to mentor
The ideal candidate would have been a systems admin in-house at a previous position, or has amassed many years of MSP helpdesk support, supporting advanced technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
