HR Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
-
SHRM-CP or PHR designation preferred
-
3–5 years of experience in benefits, leave administration, and general HR functions, and 1–2 years of experience managing others, including Coordinators and Generalists
-
Strong knowledge of Dayforce (Ceridian) HRIS and scheduling software like Brink or CTUIT
-
Management of benefits programs, including 401k plans, Workers' Comp, Safety Program, and Guest Incident Claims, and Rewards and Recognition Program

Supports Recruiting

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Previous HR experience in companies with multiple locations and 500–1000 employees

Strong knowledge of local, CA state, and federal employment laws

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work full-time on-site (no remote or hybrid options)
