Responsibilities

Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and vehicle information

Handling parts payments through accurate billing

Fulfills orders from stock

Input orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership

Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock

Referring to parts manuals to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced
Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

Detail-Oriented

Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
