Description:
K1ds Count Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA) that believes in our SERVE Together mission. Our SERVE Together mission clearly reflects our core values of serving and leading together with s*elflessness and empathy as a resource that values and e*ncourages the child, family, our team, and community as a whole. K1ds Count Therapy has locations in Brownsburg, Crawfordsville, and Zionsville.
BCBAs will SERVE Together alongside RBTs and speech, occupational, and physical therapists at all our our locations. In Brownsburg, our campus consists of six acres of green space and four buildings. Our children have access to multiple gyms, playgrounds, and classrooms. We strive to provide therapy consistent with Today's ABA. All of our BCBAs are trained in Dr. Hanley's Skill Based Treatment and other Today's ABA approaches.
As a BCBA at K1ds Count Therapy, you will hold a caseload of approximately 8 children if working in the clinic setting. Opportunities to collaborate and meet with other BCBAs are scheduled at least once per week to discuss the progress of your caseload. Scheduled off-site office time is also scheduled weekly for BCBAs so that they can focus on paperwork and documentation without distraction. Other professional opportunities such as collaborating with other disciplines, serving schools, and assisting in supporting group therapy are fulfilling and help to build experience.
We value our therapists and invest in their professional development, leadership development, financial future, and workplace culture. Full health, dental, vision, disability, matching 401k, and other benefits are available. Come join our family at K1ds Count Therapy today by applying online at www.kctherapy.com.
