Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent will report to the Front Office Leadership team. The role is to provide luxury service, including attentiveness, anticipation, courteousness, and efficiency, to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all guests within acceptable distance.

Must show genuine interest, demonstrate anticipatory service, and close interactions appropriately

Must smile and maintain engaging expression

Maintain proper use of computer and telephone systems and ensure that The Loren’s hotel standards are met.

Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and facilities.

Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions.

Use proper and acceptable language with guests.

Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.

Use of proper etiquette when communicating with other staff.

Be able to perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain a clean work area.

Contribute to a healthy and safe work environment.

Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor

Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner

Perform other duties as requested by leadership

Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Guest / Customer Services experience preferred.

Experience in luxury hotels or a related field preferred
-
Must be able to communicate fluently in English for both written and verbal communications

Proficiency with computer systems

Ability to work a flexible schedule is required
Education and Experience Requirements

High school or equivalent education required. Bachelors degree preferred.
Physical Requirements

Able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative productivity standards.
