Vice President of Sales
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals
- Oversee business development activities to identify new opportunities and partnerships
- Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities and performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives
- Provide guidance on technical sales aspects to support the team in closing deals
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, and technology sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
- Proficiency in account management and building long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and tools such as Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and present sales proposals

Pay: $200,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
