Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk. As the first point of contact for our organization, mostly through the phone, the Front Desk Agent give information and help customers to set up the classes.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Basic accounting tasks
Skills:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in calendar management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and file management
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
