Responsibilities:
As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you'll be a vital part of our inside sales team. Your role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable life insurance policies. We provide extensive training, mentorship, script training, lead system guidance, and client leads to ensure your success.
· Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies based on their financial goals and circumstances.
· Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build relationships and close sales.
· Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients, ensuring they fully understand their coverage options.
· Accurately process insurance applications, adhering to industry regulations and internal policies.
· Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy details for future reference and follow-up.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
· Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in insurance regulations to serve clients effectively.

Position Requirements:
· High School diploma required.
· Valid Life & Health Insurance license, or willingness to obtain it prior to the start date (licensing costs reimbursed by us).
· Demonstrated experience in sales, training, and management.
· Exceptional communication skills.
· Professional demeanor with a strong sense of personal accountability.
· Proficiency with computer applications and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Life insurance sales experience.
· Bilingual in English & Spanish, a plus.
· Proven ability to close sales at a high rate.
· Phone sales experience.
· College education, a plus.
