Working under the immediate supervision of the charge Nurse, CNA will assist the licensed staff in performing a variety of duties in caring for the residents of the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be graduate of approved Nurse Aide School/Training program.
- Must possess New York State Nurse Aide certification. High School graduate
preferred.
- Must possess ability and willingness to follow verbal and written instruction.
- Must possess good mental and physical health, sound judgment and high moral integrity; a sincere commitment to provide through the nursing sta€ the quality care to which each individual is entitled
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides direct patient care services such as assisting patients during activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, ambulating, and eliminating.
- Obtains and documents vital signs as required
