Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in managing daily operations and activities
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Coordinate parent communication and involvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Qualifications:
-Must be 21 years of age
-Must have 1 year experience with a Bachelors Degree or 2 years experience with an Associates Degree or 3 years experience working with kids directly.
-Must be CPR certified
- Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum development
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
