JOB DESCRIPTION:
DIGITAL GRAPHIC SYSTEMS, INC., an established wholesale distributor (30 years in business) for the local and overseas graphics industry, is looking for a responsible, organized administrative assistant to support our Sales and Customer Service areas.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Office Manager with main administrative duties.
Performs general clerical duties, such as data input, filing, bookkeeping, etc
Receive incoming calls, order entry, provide information on product availability, pricing, delivery, and any additional information needed by the customer.
Receiving and directing visitors, making travel arrangements, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3-year experience in a similar position.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
High school diploma or GED. College degree a plus.
Microsoft Office
Quickbooks and logistics experience a plus
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Customer-focused mindset – maintaining professionalism.
Must have a clear speaking voice and excellent communication skills when dealing with customers.
Must be able to travel out of state for trade shows (no more than 2 per year).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per year
