Superior Janitorial Systems is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for stay-at-home moms, college students, or anyone looking to engage with the community and represent our cleaning company at various networking events.
**Responsibilities:**
- Promote Superior Janitorial Systems at local networks such as Le-Tip, The Chamber, and Kiwanis.
- Join as many networks as possible to represent our brand.
- Pass out business cards once a week to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
- Attend and actively participate in networking events, meetings, and mixers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the community.
- Provide feedback and insights from networking events to help improve marketing strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to attend various networking events in the San Jose area.
- A passion for helping businesses grow.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
