The Assistant Center Manager is responsible for leading by example and ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience.

- Leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists

- Training & coaching associates
- Center cleanliness.

Requirements: Minimum Experience
- - 1-year management experience in the service, wellness or beauty industry with proven results Guest service
- - Ability to function as a role model, ensuring the guest remains top priority Store Operations
- - Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow up on Center activities Sales
- - Proven ability to sell based on educating the customer about the benefits of the service or product Leadership
